Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn and unused
Have the original tags still attached
Be in the original packaging
Be accompanied by photo evidence of the item’s condition, clearly showing that it has not been used
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at return@moviamilano.com
⚠️ Important:
Returns must NOT be sent to the sender address shown on the package.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you by email with the exact return address to which the item must be shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address will not be accepted

⚠️ ATTENTION – IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before opening any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, you must contact our Customer Service first.
If you initiate a chargeback without first submitting a refund request and opening a ticket with us, your case will be automatically rejected and you will not be eligible for a refund.
We are always here to help and resolve any issues quickly and fairly — abuse of the chargeback process violates our store policies and will not be tolerated.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To receive the item you want as quickly as possible:
Return the item you currently have
Wait until the return is received and approved
Place a new order for the desired item
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, with original tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
